Geophysical logging is a continuous recording of measurements within boreholes and reactions to changes in physical properties of drilled rocks. There are four main types of geophysical borehole logging: specific electrical resistance method, physical potential method, radiation method and acoustic velocity method. Borehole logging is implemented through various techniques. These techniques include: fluid temperature and conductivity, three arm caliper, impeller flow meter, gamma-gamma, natural gamma, electrical resistivity, deviation (verticality), acoustic tele-viewer logging and video logging.
